A SOURCE OF LIGHT & HOPE
As a Christian organization, Word of Hope partners with local members of the community through Source de Vie Hospital (CMA Evangelique Source de Vie in French), currently offering 11 specialities - maternity, cardiology, radiology, gastroenterology, general surgery, dermatology, opthamology, ENT (ear, nose and throat), neurology, urology and laboratory testing. Attending to more than 30,000 patients each year, Word of Hope looks to expand its medical facilities, adding more bedding capacity and expanded work area for its existing 11 specialties, with priority being given to a new maternity ward.

Source de Vie Hospital is an excellent example of the value that Word of Hope brings to its community. The hospital has created numerous jobs for the local workforce while at the same time providing medical care for the community at discounted rates compared to the national average.

We have partnership opportunities in each of the 11 areas of specialization that we offer. Aside from medical missions and facility expansion, there is also a need for equipment that will help improve upon the services we currently offer.
